How to donate medical devices

Dear Madam/Sir,In the face of ongoing military intervention, Ukrainian Health Care is challenged by the immense burdenof the surge of severely injured patients. Unfortunately, we are not able to withstand the challengeoperating with the resources, which are at our current disposal only. Therefore, we are in the strong needfor the following supplies, which could possibly be provided by the friendly European hospitals:
1. LISS (less invasive stabilization system) & Long LCP DF plates.
2. PHILOS &PHILOS LONG plates.
3. 3,5 mm LCP (Locking Compression Plate).
4. Large Fragment Locking Compression Plate(LCP) – narrow, broad, curved broad.
5. Proximal tibia plates LCP 4,5 mm, 3,5 mm.
6. Proximal femoral nailing system (PFNA or TFNA) with instruments set.
7. Small fragment cortex and locking screws sets.
8. Large fragment cortex and locking screws sets.
9. Expert Tibia Nails.
10. Anterolateral Distal Tibia Plates.
11. LCP Calcaneal Plates.
12. Pelvic Reconstruction Plate Instrument Set.
13. Distal Radius Plates.
14. 3,5 LCP Tibia T-plates.
15. Medial Distal Tibia Plates.

How to donate medical devices
Donors are advised to follow the list1 . If you can assist with the items from the List 1, please send your offers to email
Your offer should contain the details about product(s) being offered, namely:
1.Name of the medical devices, spare parts to the medical devices, or medical equipment, i. a. manufacturer/brand/model.
2.Estimated total value of donation, and value per item in EUR or USD.
3.Type of packing unit, specification of packing material and quantity of product
4.Location of the medical devices /equipment
5.Whether the donor is able or not able to cover the transportation costs to the named destination
6.Technical Specifications in the form of technical data sheets for medical devices
7.The documents, requered foor export and import - the list will be clarified for each specific shipment (e.g., any Export/Import Certificate for the medical device provided by the regulatory authority in the manufacturer's country of origin for medical devices, Quality Management System certificate, etc).
8.Power supply input 220 V, 50 Hz, C/F plugs, for medical devices, unless battery operated
9.Battery operated devices - please offer, if possible, with extra batteries, preferably rechargeable and swappable unless designed with internal, rechargeable batteries
10.For medical devices susceptible to brown outs or black outs, additional uninterruptible power supply unit is preferable.
11.Medical devices may be new OR used, please note, which one is offered.
12.For large donations of a given medical device, maintenance kits including typical spare parts and bundles including accessories and consumables, and necessary for the instantaneous use of the device must be included OR the absenсe of the specified in this point should be clearly stated.
13.After review of your offer, the contribution agreement will be provided for signature.
This will include delivery point and terms. Upon signature we will communicate Consignor and the Consignee in Ukraine, the destination, shipping instructions and documentation requirements will be provided to the donor.
